  • دی سیم سینٹس میں خوش آمدید۔ ہماری ویب سائٹ سے خریداری کرنے پر آپ ان شرائط و خدمات سے متفق ہوتے ہیں۔ براہ کرم آرڈر دینے سے پہلے انہیں غور سے پڑھیں۔

🛒 Orders & Products

  • All products are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Fragrance performance (sillage, longevity, projection) may vary depending on skin type, environment, and storage.

  • Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging, bottle shape, and design may differ slightly depending on supplier availability.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.

🛒 آرڈرز اور مصنوعات

  • تمام مصنوعات معیار اور تازگی برقرار رکھنے کے لیے احتیاط سے تیار اور پیک کی جاتی ہیں۔

  • خوشبو کی کارکردگی (سیلاج، پائیداری، پھیلاؤ) جلد کی قسم، ماحول اور اسٹوریج کے مطابق مختلف ہو سکتی ہے۔

  • ویب سائٹ پر دکھائی گئی تصاویر صرف نمائشی مقصد کے لیے ہیں؛ اصل پیکیجنگ یا بوتل کا ڈیزائن سپلائر کی دستیابی کے مطابق مختلف ہو سکتا ہے۔

  • کسٹمر صحیح آرڈر اور ڈیلیوری معلومات دینے کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔

🧪 Testers

  • 1–2 units of 5ml testers: Provided without box by default.

  • More than 2 units of 5ml testers: Box is included with the order at no extra charge.

  • If you want a box with 1 or 2 testers, you must select and purchase the box option separately.

  • Testers are intended for sampling the fragrance and may not come in premium or decorative packaging.

  • Our testers contain the same concentration of fragrance oil as our 50ml bottles — there is NO difference in fragrance quality.

🧪 ٹیسٹرز

  • 1–2 یونٹس (5ml ٹیسٹرز): ڈیفالٹ طور پر بغیر باکس دیے جاتے ہیں۔

  • 2 سے زیادہ یونٹس: آرڈر کے ساتھ باکس بشمول ہوگا اور اس پر اضافی چارج نہیں ہوگا۔

  • اگر آپ 1 یا 2 ٹیسٹرز کے ساتھ باکس چاہتے ہیں تو آپ کو باکس کا آپشن الگ سے منتخب اور خریدنا ہوگا۔

  • ہمارے ٹیسٹرز میں 50ml بوتل جیسی خوشبو کی تیاری ہوتی ہے — کوالٹی یا خوشبو میں فرق نہیں۔

💎 Premium Bottles

  • When selecting premium bottles, customers cannot choose a specific bottle design.

  • The final bottle design will be selected from the available premium options shown on the website, based on supplier availability.

  • All premium bottles are filled and packaged with the same care and attention to quality.

💎 پریمیم بوتلز

  • پریمیم بوتل منتخب کرنے پر کسٹمر مخصوص ڈیزائن منتخب نہیں کر سکتا۔

  • حتمی بوتل کا ڈیزائن ویب سائٹ پر دکھائے گئے دستیاب پریمیم اختیارات میں سے منتخب کیا جائے گا۔

  • تمام پریمیم بوتلز یکساں معیار اور احتیاط کے ساتھ بھری اور پیک کی جاتی ہیں۔

🎁 Gift Packaging (Bags & Wrapping)

  • Gift bag and gift wrapping designs may vary depending on stock and supplier availability.

  • Gift wrapping and gift bags are charged per product, not per order.

    • Example: If you purchase 5 perfumes, each item will come in its own perfume box, its own gift wrapping, and its own gift bag — charges apply individually per unit.

  • Please select gift options per product at checkout to ensure correct billing and packing.

🎁 گفٹ پیکجنگ (بیگز اور ریپنگ)

  • گفٹ بیگز اور ریپنگ کے ڈیزائن اسٹاک اور سپلائر کی دستیابی کے مطابق مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں۔

  • گفٹ ریپنگ اور گفٹ بیگز فی پروڈکٹ چارج ہوتے ہیں، فی آرڈر نہیں۔

    • مثال: اگر آپ 5 پرفیوم خریدتے ہیں تو ہر ایک اپنی علیحدہ پرفیوم باکس، گفٹ ریپنگ اور گفٹ بیگ کے ساتھ آئے گا — ہر آئٹم پر الگ چارج لاگو ہوگا۔

  • درست بلنگ اور پیکنگ کے لیے چیک آؤٹ پر ہر پروڈکٹ کے لیے گفٹ آپشن منتخب کریں۔

💳 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Taxes, duties, and delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase; orders without confirmed payment will not be processed.

  • We reserve the right to update product pricing and promotional offers without prior notice.

💳 قیمتیں اور ادائیگیاں

  • تمام قیمتیں پاکستانی روپے (PKR) میں درج ہیں۔

  • ٹیکس، ڈیوٹیز اور ڈلیوری چارجز (اگر لاگو ہوں) چیک آؤٹ پر دکھائے جائیں گے۔

  • ادائیگی خریداری کے وقت مکمل کرنی ہوگی؛ ادائیگی کے بغیر آرڈر پروسیس نہیں ہوگا۔

  • ہم قیمتیں یا پروموشنز بغیر پیشگی اطلاع کے تبدیل کرنے کا حق رکھتے ہیں۔

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs (if applicable), and unforeseen delays.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses; The Sam Scents is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

  • Tracking information (when available) will be shared via email/SMS.

🚚 شپنگ اور ڈلیوری

  • ادائیگی کی تصدیق کے بعد آرڈرز 3–5 ورکنگ ڈیز میں پروسیس کیے جاتے ہیں۔

  • ڈلیوری کا وقت مقام، کورئیر سروس، کسٹم کلیئیرنس (اگر لاگو ہو) اور غیر متوقع تاخیر کی بناء پر مختلف ہو سکتا ہے۔

  • کسٹمر درست ڈیلیوری ایڈریس دیں؛ غلط ایڈریس یا وصول کنندہ کی عدم موجودگی کی وجہ سے ہونے والے نقصان یا تاخیر کی ذمہ داری دی سیم سینٹس پر نہیں ہوگی۔

  • جب دستیاب ہو تو ٹریکنگ معلومات ای میل/ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے فراہم کی جائے گی۔

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal nature of perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been opened or used.

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if:

    • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item).

    • The customer notifies us within 3 days of delivery and provides proof (clear unboxing photos or video).

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support and obtain a return authorization.

  • Returned items must be received in their original, unused, and sealed condition before a refund or exchange is processed.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet the above conditions.

🔄 ریٹرن اور ایکسچینج

  • پرفیومز کی ذاتی نوعیت کی وجہ سے ایک بار کھولنے یا استعمال کے بعد واپسی یا ایکسچینج قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔

  • ریٹرن/ایکسچینج صرف مندرجہ ذیل صورتوں میں قبول ہوں گے:

    • پروڈکٹ نقصان زدہ، خراب، یا غلط پہنچے۔

    • کسٹمر ڈیلیوری کے 3 دن کے اندر ہمیں واضح ثبوت (ان بکسنگ فوٹو یا ویڈیو) کے ساتھ مطلع کرے۔

  • ریٹرن شروع کرنے کے لیے کسٹمر سپورٹ سے رابطہ کریں اور ریٹرن اتھارائزیشن حاصل کریں۔

  • واپسی شدہ آئٹم کو اصل، غیر استعمال شدہ، اور سیلڈ حالت میں حاصل ہونے کے بعد ریفنڈ یا ایکسچینج پراسیس کیا جائے گا۔

  • منظوری کی صورت میں ریفنڈ 7–14 کاروباری دنوں میں پراسیس کی جائے گی (جب ہم واپسی شدہ آئٹم وصول اور معائنہ کر لیں)۔

  • جو آئٹم اوپر دیے گئے معیار پر پورا نہیں اترتے، ان کی واپسی یا مکمل ریفنڈ مسترد یا جزوی طور پر کی جا سکتی ہے۔

  • Our products are inspired by well-known luxury scents but are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brand owners.

  • All trademarks and brand names referenced belong to their respective owners.

🛡 معیار اور صداقت

  • ہم دیرپا اور اعلیٰ معیار کی خوشبوؤں کو پوری لگن اور خلوص کے ساتھ فراہم کرنے کے پابند ہیں۔

  • ہماری مصنوعات مشہور لگژری خوشبوؤں سے متاثر ہیں مگر اصل برانڈز کے ساتھ ان کا کوئی تعلق یا منظوری نہیں ہے۔

  • جتنے بھی برانڈ نام یا ٹریڈ مارکس ذکر کیے گئے ہیں وہ متعلقہ مالکان کی ملکیت ہیں۔

📦 Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

  • If a cancellation is approved before shipment, refunds will be issued according to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

📦 آرڈر میں ترمیم اور منسوخی

  • آرڈر صرف شپمنٹ سے پہلے ہی تبدیل یا منسوخ کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔

  • ایک بار آرڈر بھیج دیے جانے کے بعد کوئی ترمیم یا منسوخی ممکن نہیں ہے۔

  • اگر شپمنٹ سے پہلے منسوخی منظور ہو تو ریفنڈ اسی ادائیگی کے طریقے کے مطابق 7–14 کاروباری دن کے اندر جاری کیا جائے گا۔

  • Fragrance preferences are subjective; The Sam Scents does not guarantee compatibility with every individual’s taste or skin chemistry.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions; customers should perform a patch test before full use.

  • The Sam Scents is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services or customs.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sam Scents’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

⚖️ ذمہ داری کی معافی

  • خوشبو کی پسند و ناپسند ذاتی ہوتی ہے؛ دی سیم سینٹس ہر فرد کے ذائقے یا جلد کی ساخت کے ساتھ مکمل ہم آہنگی کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا۔

  • ہم کسی بھی الرجک یا حساس ردِعمل کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہیں؛ مکمل استعمال سے پہلے پیچ ٹیسٹ کریں۔

  • دی سیم سینٹس تیسرے فریق کورئیر سروسز یا کسٹمز کی وجہ سے ہونے والی تاخیر، نقصان یا گمشدگی کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا۔

  • قانون کے مطابق جب تک ممکن ہو، دی سیم سینٹس کی زیادہ سے زیادہ ذمہ داری پروڈکٹ کی خرید قیمت تک محدود رہے گی۔
